Digital HID Solar/Wind energy system
Digital HID is designed to work directly with Solar/Wind resources producing better energy efficiency and light performance over LED, hence my posting. Indeed, I am trying to draw attention to this technology because it is proven and is the best choice for Solar/Wind powered applications.
Like Street Lighting, at a 10m height, having a light that can penetrate all the way to the ground without suffering losses in light throw or lumens per Watt output is beneficial since less energy is consumed (less recharging required and longer light on time without charging) and more lumens are delivered at the ground. The 116lm/W rating of Digital HID is just one big benefit which strengthens Solar/Wind lighting applications.
In addition to the hardware, we offer complete lighting systems with Solar only, Wind only, or both combined Solar and Wind (cylindrical windmill) power on one lighting pole, i.e. 100% independent of the electricity grid.
Digital HID is available in AC 110V or AC 230V. For the Solar/Wind Powered options an inverter is provided.
Independent studies were conducted in Canada, the US and Germany; presently this is not publically posted information; but I can answer on questions in the interim. We offer the 30 day Free Trial as confirmation of our commitment to the success of the lighting application. More information including Testimonials will be available on our website soon.
For your home the Accendo panel light is available and is based on Cold Cathode technology; it can be dimmed seamlessly from 0-100%. It is still a little expensive for small orders, but the present development of the next generation promises more residential application friendly MSRP’s in early 2010.
Skepticism is welcomed, it helps us to better understand the market. The information I am posting is based on fact and we back up our claims with free trials, and an excellent Warranty; and we have the support of major end-users like Toyota who see value in this new technology.
